A kitchen sized for the whole room.
Part of the renovation was a complete overhaul of the club's kitchen into a state-of-the-art facility, expanded by 1,500 square feet — built so a large-scale event and the evening's regular dinner service can run at the same time, with neither one compromised.
In practice that means a full-scale reception is held to the same standard as a Saturday night in the Formal Dining Room.
