Congratulations! Choosing to join Pine Lake Country Club is the start of an incredible new chapter for you and your family. We are so excited to begin this adventure with you and can’t wait to see you around the club.

Getting Started: Your Application Checklist

Joining the family is simple. Here is how to get your journey underway:

  • Share Your Story: Fill out and sign your Membership Application. We also love to see your smiling faces, so please include a photo of yourself or your family! (If you don’t have one handy, stop by the club and we’ll be happy to snap one for you).
  • Connect with Sponsors: To maintain our close-knit community, we ask for two member sponsors to provide a letter of "personal unequivocal endorsement." One of these sponsors must be a Stock Member.
  • The Finishing Touches: Once your sponsors have signed the application and attached their letters, submit your materials along with a $1,000 application deposit (via check, cash, or card).

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t know any current members yet? Don’t worry! We want to make sure every great family has a place here. If you are new to the area or don’t have sponsors yet, our Membership Committee would love to meet with you and act as your sponsors to help welcome you into the fold.

I’ve submitted my application—what’s next? Once we have your documents, we post a family picture and details to our membership for a one-week "get to know you" posting period. Following that, your application goes to our Board of Directors for a final vote. It’s a tradition that ensures our community remains the friendly, welcoming place you fell in love with.

When does the fun begin? As soon as the final vote is complete, we will officially welcome you as the newest member of the PLCC family!
